I’m running a new neurodiversity‑affirming information session for adults (18+) and the people who support them.

This space is especially for you if:

• You      or your partner/family member were diagnosed in adulthood
• You’re      trying to make sense of burnout, masking, and the “is this autism, ADHD,      or both?” question
• You      want clear, shame‑free information — not pathologising language
• 
  

We’ll talk about:

• What      AuDHD actually looks like in everyday life
• Why      burnout and overwhelm are so common (and what to do next)
• How      to start building a more brain‑friendly, sustainable life
• How      partners, parents, and loved ones can better understand and support
• 
  

I bring both lived experience (autistic + ADHD) and 10+ years as a clinical psychologist working with autistic and ADHD adults, with a strong neurodiversity‑affirming and trauma‑aware approach.
